Scores of 0-25% in visualization
Perhaps you have not tried visualization before, or do not see yourself as someone with a vivid imagination. You may want to try guided visualization, where you listen to a script describing a relaxing scene. This will allow you to learn to use your imagination, and see if visualization may actually be relaxing for you. Visualization videos are another option that can be highly effective for people who are learning to use their imagination.
Scores of 26-50% visualization
There is probably room for you to expand your abilities to use your imagination to help you relax. This is a skill that can be learned. It is possible to learn to use visualization with guided audio scripts. Visualization videos can be quite effective for people who are learning to use their imaginations.
Scores of 51-75% in visualization
You probably have an aptitude for using your imagination. The more you practice using visualization, the more skilled you will become at relaxing. Guided visualization relaxation scripts will probably be helpful and calming for you.
Scores of 76-100% in visualization
You are probably quite skilled at using your imagination to relax. You will probably find that guided visualization relaxation scripts are calming and relaxing. You can try out various visualization relaxation techniques on your own, just using your imagination.

Perhaps you have not tried using creative expression to relax before, or do not see yourself as being very creative. There are many forms of creativity to explore, and to develop your ability to relax using various forms of self-expression.
Scores of 26-50% in creative
There is probably room to expand your abilities in using creativity to relax. Perhaps you would benefit from exploring different forms of expression that you have not tried before. below.
Scores of 51-75% in creative
You probably already have many ways that you relax using creativity. The more you practice using expressive and creative activity to relax, the more skilled you will become. Guided creative expression scripts can teach you how to use creativity to relax.
Scores of 76-100% in creative
Creative expression is probably one of your strengths. You can benefit by continuing to use creativity to relax and to release stress. Remember to make time for the things you enjoy.

Scores of 0-25% in sensory
You may not have yet found ways to relax using your senses of vision, hearing, touch, taste, or smell. Possibly some of these senses are relaxing for you, but others are less so. It is important to find ways to structure your environment so that it is as relaxing as possible. For persons with low scores in sensory relaxation, this may involve reducing sensory input, for example, spending time in a quiet room to reduce sound input.
Scores of 26-50% in sensory
There is probably room to expand your abilities to relax using your senses of vision, hearing, touch, taste, or smell. It is important to structure your environment so it is as relaxing as possible. This may involve increasing or decreasing the levels of stimulation in any of the senses.
Scores of 51-75% in sensory
You probably find that at least some kinds of vision, hearing, touch, taste, or smell senses are relaxing. Use these senses to create a calming environment. Sensory relaxation scripts can guide you to imagine different sensations that are usually relaxing.
Scores of 76-100% in sensory
Using your senses to relax is probably a strength of yours. Continue to use sensations to create a calming environment. You might find that sensory relaxation scripts, which guide you to imagine different relaxing sensations, are enjoyable. Participating in activities that use the senses is probably very relaxing for you.

Scores of 0-25% in muscle relaxation
Perhaps you have not tried using physical methods to relax, such as exercise or progressive muscle relaxation. Or you may not see yourself as someone who is very active. You may want to experiment with guided progressive relaxation scripts or guided physical activity and find out if this is something you find relaxing.
