Once someone gave me the advice "when you feel anxiety, change something. change the situation. change seats. put a hand in cold water" this helps so much i still do this!

sometimes i change scarves, change makeup, change hair...

when youre feeling anxiety, change SOMETHING

coats soemtimes i change....i feel like a new person

change direction- it may be the best thing you ever did.
