ANSWER- DONT WORRY!
I wish there was a simple way to omit worry from one's life.
I take my camera out to the beach and give away the photos as gifts after. It's my favorite thing in the world besides sushi.
THERE IS HOPE> IT WILL END>.. the worry disapates. YOU are more powerful than your worry.
I do go to therapy. But worry will end. SAY how you feel in a prayer. EXPLAIN why you feel that way. I got really into prayer because its an easy way to explain yourself and not offend anyone. I pray 24/7 sometimes. PRAY AWAY! ENJOY!
I love putting on makeup. That's a good one.
Creating jewelry or crocheting.
TELL SOMEONE YOU CARE ABOUT! you can tell them the shorten version ;]
enjoy life! it passes. and its brief.
