There are many sides to wellness. It depends on the person. Feel confident that you do what YOU want and need for your own wellness.
I love taking "water" breaks. I love buying a cookie. when needed. :) (there's a smile!) I love going for walks. imagining lofty dreams.....painting when I can or just drawing....feeling positive...writing a note.....calling an old friend....singing at the top of my lungs when no one's home.....sharing my space.....enveloping my own space......shooting to new heights simply because I said "thank you"
