Eliminating stress by Eva Tortora

I write "stress" on a huge piece of paper then draw a line through it!

I go hiking, get some excersise!

I eat my favorite foods, drink my favorite beverages

I love pasta and flavored seltzer

I pray......

I sing.......

I take care of myself and clean the room

I call a friend or hotline

What do you do to eliminate stress????
