anxiety- a useful tool

think of it this way: without the dark, there can't be light.
When I feel anxiety I usually change an important situation.
Sometimes buying food makes me less anxious.
But instead, I can take a walk and swap that activity for something else.
Calling a prayer line or friend is perfect.
Living life to the fullest can sometimes mean change.
What a powerful tool change is.
