Talk to your doctor
by: Candi

I recommend you talk with your doctor. Your doctor can help you get your medication adjusted to the best dose. It can be tricky trying to figure out what the right dose is, and your doctor is a trained professional who is knowledgeable about medications and can get everything straightened out safely.

Meanwhile, use relaxation techniques to help decrease your anxiety as much as possible and help you stay calm and comfortable.

Best wishes,

Candi

Try 'Focusing on breathing' to reduce anxiety
by: Suryanarayana Chennapragada

I suggest you try the simple relaxation technique of 'Focusing on breathing' to reduce anxiety. You can focus on breathing in 6 different modes. The easiest mode for beginners is described below.

SEGMENT MODE: Every finger has 3 segments, separated by 2 cross lines. Place the tip of the thumb at the top segment of the little finger. Breathe in and out once, normally, without counting. Shift the thumb to the middle segment and breathe in and out. Move to the bottom segment and breathe in and out. Now repeat the same steps at the next 3 fingers. At the thumb, place the tip of the index finger on its segments and follow the same steps. Now switch to the other hand and repeat the steps. Continue practicing, switching hands.

Please try this at these most effective times, LYING IN BED, EYES CLOSED -
1. When you need to sleep to get quality sleep without any struggle.
2. When sleep is disturbed and you need to get back to sleep.
3. As soon as you wake up but feeling sleepy.

You will see some magical effect in a few days. For more information and testimonials on this simple relaxation technique you can visit my web site countingbreaths.com.

Hope this helps you. Good Luck.
