We all have stress in our lives. Work stress, family stress, relationships stress...all of these can contribute to stress symptoms such as headaches, muscle tension, insomnia, and illness.

Our bodies are able to handle stressful situations. They are made for responding physiologically to stress. The stress response is not a bad thing. We start to experience health problems as a result of chronic stress that is not effectively managed.
