HOW TO COPE WITH ANXIETY!

IM SO HAPPY!

THE NEXT DAY- "HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

You never know when anxiety will get to ya.

I say "here we go again"

I try to design clothes, clean a closet, go swimming, work out, work on art projects, go to a get together, practice a new language (it's so easy just google different phrases in whatever language you choose) (google "goodbye for now dear" in other languages and they all show up)

I try to take my mind off of the anxiety.

isn't it awful?

sometimes that helps just to say "this is really awful"
