I'm Candi Raudebaugh. This page is about my background and experience, and my online business, Inner Health Studio.
I am an occupational therapist, owner/operator of Inner Health Studio and writer of this website, and am the voice in the relaxation podcasts and downloads.
My hobbies and interests include drawing, painting, guitar, drums, Muay Thai, motorcycle riding, photography, hiking, outdoors, computers...and, of course, website building and recording relaxation materials.
I have a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from the University of Alberta, and a master's degree in occupational therapy from Queen's University. I often pursue additional training in occupational therapy and other health-related areas such as workshops on cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy for anxiety, solution focused interventions, and motivational interviewing.
My first professional job was in acute care, where I worked as an
occupational therapist in various hospital acute medical units. From
2005-2011 I worked full time in adult inpatient psychiatry. During this
time, I also worked in other areas such as private consulting, long term
care, and my own private practice. From 2011-2012 I was in a temporary position as an occupational
therapist in the Medical Specialty Clinics at the Red Deer Regional
Hospital. Currently I work for Children's Rehabilitation Services as a school-based occupational therapist.

This website includes coping skills information on stress, anxiety and relaxation, relaxation audio, and podcasts. Through the online resources available on Inner Health Studio I aim to help with coping skills, managing stress and anxiety, and living a satisfying life.
