ANXIETY- how to take the edge off a bit

It can be hard, but the first thing to remember is.....deep breathe. Have a little handbook ready beside you or in your purse or shoulder bag- dont get too anxious.....remember how many people care about you.....CALL , CALL , CALL! There's plenty of toll-free hotlines available. prayer lines too. It'll be fine. Once someone said to me "you will be FINE" and i never forgot that & how they said that and didn't need to go back to them anymore because I believed it. ha! life is filled with surprises....and like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get. ;] go get em!
