Ask Inner Health Studiopodcast is a podcast for relaxation advice.

Have you ever wondered what "relaxation" actually is, or how it works? Would you like to develop an awareness of your own stress response and relaxation preferences? Check out the series, "Learn to Relax," beginning with What is Relaxation? and continuing through some basic strategies for how to relax and how to measure your own body's responses to stressors and relaxation techniques.

Please continue to send your questions to Ask Inner Health Studio. Listener questions are answered by Candi, mental health occupational therapist from Inner Health Studio. Questions may be about relaxation, managing stress, decreasing anxiety, worrying, developing coping skills, handling stressful situations.... basically, anything about living a satisfying life.
